Working with AVCHD: tips
« on: December 11, 2013, 01:26:06 AM »
Not really a video share, but I've written up quite an exhaustive post about AVCHD, which may be useful to anyone shooting video with Sony (or for that matter, Panny) cameras:

Bit uber-geeky in places (the bit about rewrapping AVCHD into Quicktime without changing the video stream, so you can import into DaVinci Resolve may be a bit much) but hope it helps someone!

I have never even bothered with the video capability of the A99 but have made a note of your presentation if I do.

Thanks for posting...john
