Better add me self to the list?

I am originally from Buxton (Derbyshire) and still work there, but now reside in Stoke On Trent for my sins ! :-)

Well, Mick - someone has to live in Stoke ;) (joke)  You're still not far from the Peak District, though :)

Yes I afraid they do ha-ha! :-)

Since moving to the potteries 3 years ago I have found some nice spots though all within a few miles that I would never have guessed existed?

I do still like taking my gear up for a walk around the derbyshire hills weather permitting though? (the one thing that I don't miss about living in Buxton and that for sure is the weather?)

Hey Cholly, was seriously thinking of vacationing down in your neck of the woods. Somewhere in or near Port St. Joe. Sort of just followed google map one day and looks like a great area.
