Was in the army surplus store today and spotted a Minolta 9000 on top of a hard metal case. On closer inspection, the camera had the 35-70 f4 attached and within the case there was a Minolta 500Si with the 70-210 beercan a Minolta 28-80mm a Minolta 18-70mm and a 2800 Program flash. The manual for the 9000 was also within the case with a selection of filters most of which are pretty scratched.
I asked how much it was for the lot and was given the price tag of £100. Needles to say I had the lot and now want the weather to get a little better to have a play. On first inspection when I got home, all the lenses seem to work fine with no sign of fungus or damage to the blades.
I already have a 500Si and will be selling them both, keeping the 9000 and all but the 18-70 lens.
They also had two old Nikon and a Canon 35mm Film camera for sale.
I didn't get what I went in for but think I did rather well
