This is a very nice online mag. 

On another forum I belong to, one of the Editors is a member and is a nice guy from what I can tell.  There is a place where you can sign up and send images and articles in to them for possible publication.  The wording about usage of the images was a bit funky at first, but he revised it to be clearer and less of a gray area.
