Any Tips for Motorsport Photos please
« on: April 29, 2011, 02:25:18 PM »
I will be taking some track photos tomorrow and wondered if you would care to share ideal settings.
Should i shoot with the Beercan at F8 or F4?
was thinking around 1/320 would these be about correct?
Also will be shooting from the monopod so do i disable SSS

All depends from the weather.
a) If its cloudy then leave the camera to (AUTO ISO) Min 200-Max 800  you can pre set it from the menu.
If there is no clouds then ISO 100~200
b) If you are far away from the cars more than 20 meters then f4 is ideal
c) With monopot i will switch SSS ON
