Very nice!! Since one of my 77's had a hickup I have been thinking of the 99 again but cant justify spending more money until I have earned a few more £££ from weddings again this year.

Rgds,
Dave

I think it would be a great addition dave, to your wedding equipment hopefully you will have a great year of weddings and have enough funds to buy one.

Congratulations Peter.  On the "defending Sony" thread that Katherine started I copied in the DP review of the ISO performance of the A99 as I used to get remarks from the Canikon crowd about the A700 being rubbish at elevated ISO.  This A99 is indeed in another class.  Make sure you try the multiframe high ISO as well...john

Thanks john will have a look into the multiframe high iso. Its a beast of a tool its going to take some mastering. I wonder if Gary Friedman is going to do a book on the a99

Gary claims the A99 book will be out Q1.  He is fast running out of Q1 so had better get moving.  I have my name on the e-mail notification list....john
