Title: looking for a good a900 or a850
Post by: didispeed on February 12, 2014, 06:14:07 PM
Hi,
Is there someone who has an a850 or a900 lying around and wanting to sell. Preferably with less than 50.000 clicks
I don't know what to buy, I'm not so in to the whole translucent mirror thing and the evf. I'm not looking for extra gadgets, don't do video, don't need 3d pictures, HDR is nice.
Thx

I have one a850 - its listed on ebay right now with a low reserve but will entertain offers and cancel the auction. Its been babied and very clean.. not sure of exact shutter count but its 3 1/2 years old and Ive never reset the shutter counter and its only rolled over maybe 4 times..

Thanks to one of our members giving the heads up, you can now tell the shutter count for most Sony cameras by going to this website (http://tools.science.si/index.php) and uploading the latest unmodified file from your camera, jpg or RAW, even if the camera has been reset numerous times. It works great but unfortunately the A100, A200, A300, A350, A700 are not supported.
A member here pointed this out, but I forget who.
