Those are definately consumer or kit lenses that I interpreted as didi listing them as lenses that will not work on the A900 and not lenses he was considering purchasing only the cz16-80. I guess it could be taken either way.
I just caught your previous post mentioning the consumer area or freebie. Did not see that earlier and now it makes sense the mention of it later. I saw mostly the debate between the 16-80 and 24-70.
Didn't mean to offend.

For me, I'd get the CZ24-70 first, then get the a900 later on - I want the best possible lenses before I start pumping in those huge image files

That sounds like a plan fother ???

Thats exactly what i am doing at the moment, getting all the lenses i need before i go FF. Just two more to go now, though its not likely to be this year.

Thats what I'm thinking of at the moment.  Ultimately for the A900 for me its got to be the 24-70 and 70-210, that would cover me, with maybe a 16-35 for specific use.

Do you know why I don't want to buy an A900?
Because of the choice of lenses available.

Very strange, there are people like myself who got the A900 precisely because of the lenses available, namely the Zeiss lenses. And I know people who explicitly changed from Nikon or Canon for these same lenses.
