I've got my a900
« on: May 14, 2010, 12:15:20 PM »
I wanted to share with you that I've just upgraded to a900 from KM 7D. Well, is a huge leap from one to another, and looking from the viewfinder is an experience that reminds me the film days. This is the camera I really wanted to use. My lenses (50 f1.7, 35 f2, 28-135 f4) do have a new life in this body, anf I'm enjoying more and more taking pictures.

Cheers!

I hate reading manuals but...I'm doing it, actually. Don't want to miss some hidden functions.
Thank you all!

So Lluis, after having the 900 for two months time, do you find yourself loving it? Any thoughts on how it feels in the hands or how it performs?

Amie

Hi Amie,

I can tell you that I really love my a900. And that I take it almost everywhere I go, I supose that's because doing photography is a much pleasing experience than before, the great viewfinder, the camera's quick response, the great DR captured in RAW, the "feeling" of handling the camera...Anf don't forget that my lenses have a new life in a FF camera (28-135, 50 1.7, 35 2). Images captured by this camera have a distinct look, difficult to explain, but maybe for te good color reproduction, awesome detail, and limited DoF common to all FF.
As you can guess...I love it!

Cheers,

lluís
