It looks pretty much like the a300/350 one so I would get one if I had an a5x. My a300 would't be the same without one.

Just got a Meike grip from China, £35 all up and it works fine!

How is the quality of the Meike. and does it have the same functionality as the Sony model?

LG, no idea if they are the same or what the diffrences are. However it seems to be built well and certainly works OK.
