Windy winner
« on: September 05, 2006, 05:19:58 PM »
DRUM ROLL ....

The winner of "Who has seen the wind?" is baldy and his image below ... folks felt it captured the "wind" best of all.

A close runner up is sprint16v's image of the flag with dark background. Good one sprint...

THANK YOU TO ALL WHO PARTICIPATED.

I am leaving right now and can't post comments about the pictures.

Baldy .. please PM me with your mailing address and preferred camera logo and I will mail you an embroidered floppy hat as advertised. You can expect it to take several weeks to arrive via dog sled, sail boat and kangaroo express! :)

Cheers,

Clive

Well done Baldy!! Nice shot.

We will of course want photographic evidence of you wearing the limited edition prize for this competition when it arrives.

Well done to all who entered. I'll remember to add a bit of motion blur to mine next time :):)

Thanks all, the hat will come in very handy covering up the nut over the coming summer months.

Congrats to all who entered, I would love to see a lot more participating in these challenges, the idea of writing down the photo's details is good, gives mugs like me an idea on what settings to experiment with.

PM your way Clive

Cheers

Congrats Baldy!

I've been away for the past 2 weeks but would probably have had to choose between Baldy's windsurfer or sprint16v's flag.  Also, thanks for Clive for selecting one of my pictures as a finalist -- that was a pleasant surprise to come back to.
