Hi Everyone
Just had a disaster.Got to river early this morning to snap some Salmon jumping a weir and in a hurry set up tripod  clipped on flash gun so i thought. Moved tripod and flash fell of straight into deepest part of river#~~#
Sat for a bit trying not to cry.Fisheries guy asked how much it cost and i told him. Doomer or words to that effect was the reply.Feeling well sick at the mo. Better have a look on net and order a new one got a wedding in two weeks.Hope everybody else is having a better day than me.

       Deppresed  Steve.

Ohh, that is very bad news.  I do feel for you!

As your after a replacement, the cheapest I found was from Bristol Cameras  - for the Sony version.

Very sorry to hear!
Stupid one: there was no chance of trying to fish it out? You might be able to rescue it by leaving it out to dry. (Know of a case where that helped)

You might want to give these guys a try:
http://www.photostore-uk.com/Sony/sony-flash.htm
= specialist support to Konica Minolta and Sony users.
I would certainly try everything to get the flash out of the river. (but than I am a scuba diver...)
Best of luck
