Prime Lens Table & Price Watch

Two things to show you.  One new, one just updated.

1 - Prime Lens table (new):
http://www.vividoptic.com/Articles/AllMinoltaLenses.htm
This is one short page with a few tables showing which versions of which lenses are available, shows discontinued and current lenses.  I have one/two ammendments to make to it.  Source on 'current produiction' is the Japanese Minolta website.  So I need to recolour a couple of lenses.  Will be done later today.  The table shows which lenses have circular apertures - Prime lenses only shown, sorry I will not be adding the zooms

2 - Lens price watch (updated, auction):
http://www.vividoptic.com/Info/MinPriceIndex.htm
This page now includes an idea of on-line auction prices.  Shown as a %age.  Not much data on there yet, need at least 5 prices before I will add the data to the web.

Hopeful these are of some interest to people in here ......

nao faz mal (just in case you are from Goa and undestand my very poor Portugese)?  Means no problemo.  Doh!  Now I see you are from Mumbai, so not Goa!

Was fun doing it.  Plan to add a "KonMinInfo" project to my website, so that I can collect all my links to Minolta reviews (7D, 5D and lenses) to one place.  Include my 7D review.  And the Price page, the Prime versions page, and some other stuff.  So it will be a mini "info" (sub)website.

For the UK people I'm also going to add an "Exotic Lens Watch" page - to be updated  once a week with links to things like the used 300/4 at JonathanHarris, the 85/1.4 and 35/1.4 at ffordes.

The items to be included will be:
- 16/2.8, 35/1.4, 85/1.4, 100/2, 100/2.8 soft, 135/2.8 STF, 200/300/400/600mm APO, 200/4 mac G, 50/3.5 (rare, very rare)
I know there are a total of just EIGHT of that lot on my regular web lurks, which includes 6x regularly updated website, places I've shopped and would use again!

Maybe, if I discover that they are quite rare:
- 20/2.8, 35/2?

These I regard as either Exotic or hard to find used.

I know these are hard to find:  17-35/28-70/70-200 G .... but I'm off zooms!

Hehe dcap.. don't worry, I'm sure my Portuguese is a whole lot worse than yours. I've been to Goa a few times, and every time I try to learn the language, I have people bursting out into laughter when I try and attempt even a few words. I think it's their pastime down there.

You know, "Let's see what we can get this sucker to get to say to the next local".

Nah. I think I just suck at it.
