Waiting for a Kiss
« on: March 11, 2010, 06:47:21 PM »

But ‘unfortunately’ ….. I had a camera in the way ;)  Anyway - most of them were ladies waiting for their own handsome prince. The females are the larger ones – just like those old seaside postcards with the big lady and the little man.

Yes – the pond is alive with cavorting frogs croaking away very loudly.

There’s always a copperish one

I don’t think he wants to know

‘Reflecting’ on the meaning of being a frog

I can’t decide which I like better – the higher f number

or the selective focussing with f2.8 (I think)

All taken with the 90mm Tamron Macro and A700

I am glad that I am not a prince, just an ordinary maaaan. But if I have to select, the last two would be my choice :-)

We still have one meter snow and frogs are under the ice ... I think LOL

Excellent, Pat. You really got up close and personal with them.
Of the last two I prefer the higher f#

Pat, seriously good pictures, a real prince! I am with Peter, the higher f stop gives the picture a more complete look to me.
