My choice is no.7. Should be in the 'Oh c**p' section.

Nice set.

Hi DaveH

Nice series. So what happened after the balloon touched down in the pond? Methinks someone got wet. ;)

The "Leeds Castle late evening" is a great example of wonderful natural lighting for three reasons:
-- nice warm colors
-- low light angle and therefore no harsh shadows on the castle..slight shadow on the one wall that merely adds depth
-- GREAT contrast between the warm castle and the cold dark sky behind...

Looks like a fun day.

Clive

Thanks all for your comments and feedback - indeed was a great day!

So Clive, what happened next - well he gave it full blast on the burners and just managed to lift it out of the water and onto the bank. I do have a picture of the water dripping off the basket as he did so - but a great end to the day even so!

Apparently when they fly early morning they can sometimes make their balloons just skim the water and 'dance' around the moat - now that would be something to behold for sure.....

Although the last is funny I like the one of the old beams and windows - like the way the sky is reflected in the top windows.
