....but the flash is a tad bit harsh. Do you have an off-camera flash? With bounce capability?
There are people who actually think LENS stabilization is better than sensor shifting!

The muted window drapes work well in blurring the background.  The only real issue with the lighting is the tip of Jessika Andrea's nose.  A wee dap of the clone tool in photoshop to heal this and you would get away with leaving the other bright areas.

Much better Douglas.  The tip of the nose drew the eye to looking for other hotspots.  Remove that as you have done and, in my opinion, criticising the other areas is OTT.

Highlights on chin, brow ridge, and to a lesser extent, her right cheek could do with a little muting too if you don't mind.....
