At Last !
« on: February 07, 2010, 07:35:46 PM »
Finally, after being thwarted by the weather conditions on numerous occasions recently, everything fell into place.
I finally got the image of Bideford Bridge i was after.
One that is going on the wall.

A900, ISO 200, f/11, CZ24-70 @ 24mm, 112 sec exp.

Great image Rob - patience is a virtue that all us photographers need.  How big are you going to get it printed?

Excellent shot!

How long have you waited the proper conditions?  Years?  :-)

How long have you waited the proper conditions?  Years?  :-)

Yes, probably around 2 1/2 years, mainly due to the fact that the bridge has undergone some renovations and has been covered in scaffold for large parts of it. Also the lights under the bridge keep blowing and waiting for them to all be on at the same time is pure luck, though the new lights dont seem to be blowing so frequently.

Great image Rob - patience is a virtue that all us photographers need.  How big are you going to get it printed?

Probably around 40x30, though cant decide whether to get a canvas or a print.
Have thought about making it into a pano as well.
Decisions, decisions  ???
