Minolta 7d kit value

I want to place my entire kit on ebay and wondered the estimate value to go off. The kit compiles of the following:-

Minolta 7D, just repaired(anti-shake mech) + full service at Johnsons Photopia Ltd Stafford. £141.00.
Minolta AF 28-80mm f3.5/5.6
Sigma AF 24-70mm f3.5/4 aspherical
Sigma AF high speed 70-210 f3.5/5.6
Carl Zeiss MF 135mm f2.8 prime
Carl Zeiss MF 50mm f1.8 prime
Carl Zeiss MF 28mm f2.8 prime
Jessops x2 convertor
Macro filter
3x Close-up filters 1,2 and 4
3 part Extention tube )Macro)
5mtr trigger cord MC1000
Battery Charger
3x Li-on Batteries all less than 6mths old)
All minolta supplied cables and software.

Selling it as one lot would put a lot of people off. Have a look at the completed sales bit on ebay for each item and try to figure out what time things sell best.
