Have a lifeboat now
« on: January 10, 2014, 06:14:17 PM »
Not jumped ship completely yet. Have a lifeboat in my new Fujifilm X-E2.

Very expensive compared to equivalent in SONY (NEX-6) but kit lens is so good and superb colours and super sharp images, construction of camera is solid with Mg alloy body, all controls on knobs and aperture ring on lens, sharp EVF, easy controls, very good high ISO images. Saved my recent trip to Sri Lanka.

Handheld, available light, ISO 800, no noise reduction in PP

Cave murals several centuries old, handheld, ISO 800, available light, no noise reduction

<SNIP>
....

Another good sharp image :)

Not for me to say if you "can" post Fuji pics here ;) ... however...!

There have been the odd two or four + images shown from time to time which have been taken on 'other than' Sony digital - and you may be on the safe side (for a short while :? ) posting in other than the Images to Share area... but that's up to the mods to decide how far you may be able to go :-[

I keep meaning to put up the odd image from the Samsung Galaxy camera, 16mp, optical 21x, 23mm wide zoom that I've been having to use as a 'walk about' since last June - may get round to doing so at some point.
