I think I see what you mean, the first Tamron is an 18-200mm f3.5-6.3DiII A14E
and the next 3 are for the same lens but with a different code at the end that seems to go on and on with all the lenses. I think the code (in bold above) is Tamrons code designating revisions to the basic lens.
However if that is true or not, it does not really help you. I think if you can find where the profiles are stored on your computer (they are the same for ACR6.3 and Lightroom 3) it would only be a case of deleting the ones you do not want. I have looked on my 32 bit computer and have failed to find them, although they are there somewhere as I remember seeing them some time ago when I updated ACR.

but not sure if it will help. I also read that you can find them at C:\ProgramData\Adobe\CameraRaw but not on my 32 bit computer, perhaps on my 64 bit computer, I will have a look later.
